The two-day program will cover topics such as the role of soy products in the feed industry, the management of quality control systems, and their integration into feed formulation in detail. The training content will be structured around the following topics:

• Chemical composition of soybeans from different origins
• Protein quality of soybeans imported to Europe
• Effects of amino acids, crude protein, anti-nutritional factors, excessive processing and NIR technology on nutritional value
• Chemical composition and protein fraction analyses of 1,000 soybean meal samples from the USA, Argentina and Brazil between 2007 and 2025
• Effect of chemical components on energy value
• Nutritional value of commercial soybean meal depending on origin and matrix preparation practices
• Analytical evaluation of quality control results
• The role of analysis results in revealing the true value of the material and its use in the process from supplier selection to feed formulation

This training has been planned especially for professionals working in the field of feed formulation and quality control and will be a comprehensive and educational event aiming to provide participants with theoretical knowledge as well as up-to-date approaches for practice. External participants are not accepted. Those requesting participation from the mentioned companies can apply using the form below.
