Dr. Guillermo Fondevila Lobera-UPM
Guillermo Fondevila Lobera graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Polytechnic University of Madrid as an Animal Nutritionist and completed his PhD in monogastric feeding at the same university in 2020.
Guillermo, who is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Nutrition and Feed Raw Materials at the University of Zaragoza, provides strategic technical support to leading companies in the European animal nutrition sector in the fields of R&D, data analysis, feed formulation and product development as an independent consultant.
Dr. Guillermo Fondevilla, whose professional background includes positions such as Research Technician at Trouw Nutrition, Project Manager at Algoa Pecuaria and Co-founder of Progal Agroalimentaria, has continued his contributions to innovation and knowledge transfer to the real sector by successfully completing over 10 USSEC projects in recent years. Actively participating in numerous international conferences, Dr. Fondevila is the author of 10 book chapters and 16 articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and is currently involved as a manager or participant in more than 40 projects related to animal nutrition and quality control of feed raw materials.
Dr. Kees Keerse / USSEC
Kees Geerse, who completed his master’s degree in animal sciences and nutrition at Wageningen University, has over 35 years of experience in the international feed industry and has held senior management positions in leading global feed companies such as DSM, Provimi-Cargill, Nutreco-Trouw Nutrition. He has worked intensively on the development and application of feed enzymes, especially phytase enzyme, which revolutionized monogastric feeding in the late 80s and early 90s. The main focus of his career has been commercial feed formulation and feed additives for monogastrics, including intestinal health issues.
He currently works as an independent nutrition expert, advising numerous companies in all segments of the feed industry. Keers Keerse has made it its mission to popularize the concept of “rational feeding”, which combats stereotyped myths and false beliefs in the sector and brings scientifically based data to the commercial environment with a professional approach.
Dr. Lourdes Cámara García -UPM
Lourdes Cámara García graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Polytechnic University of Madrid as an Animal Nutritionist and completed her PhD in monogastric nutrition at the same university in 2017.
Lourdes currently works as a Project and R&D Manager at Progal Agroalimentaria, a company she co-founded and operates in the fields of strategic consultancy services, project management and technical support, and continues to teach as an Assistant Professor in the field of Animal Nutrition and Breeding at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Lourdes, who has signed approximately 50 projects on a national and international scale in the field of feed raw materials and animal nutrition in her professional life, has presented papers at over 65 scientific congresses and is the co-author of 36 articles published in scientific journals included in the citation index.

Kemal graduated from Istanbul Bahcesehir University as a software engineer.
Kemal founded Feedback Software Ltd. software company in 2020 to serve the feed industry.
Feedback Software is the sole authorized distributor of Adifo Company (Best Mix Software) in Turkey and the Middle East and is responsible for the marketing of Adifo company’s feed formulation programs, quality control programs and ERP software and other software related to the feed industry.
Kemal has a close relationship with the feed industry due to his job and works closely with many national and international companies in the field of feed formulation, especially in Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa. He increases his customer network day by day due to the strong support he provides to the nutrition experts, quality control and purchasing personnel in his region in terms of software use.
Kemal has also taken part in USSEC feed formulation events in the past and has good experience in this regard.
