USSEC “Full Fat Soybean Production and Quality Management” Practical Seminar Successfully Held
The practical seminar titled “Full-Fat Soybean Production and Quality Management” organized by USSEC Turkey at Hyatt Regency İstinyePark in Izmir on January 17-18, 2025 was successfully completed. The event, which brought together professionals in the sector, attracted great attention and was highly appreciated by the participants.
In the seminar, important topics such as how to establish full-fat soybean factories, how to manage quality production processes and post-production quality control methods were discussed in detail. In addition, comprehensive presentations were made on the changes in chemical and nutritional content of the soybeans used according to their origin and production methods, and the use of full-fat soybean meal in feeds.
Throughout the event, leading experts in the sector shared their knowledge and experiences with the participants and made important contributions to increasing quality standards in soybean production. The seminar, supported by practical sessions, also allowed the participants to gain practical knowledge.
