The U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) The U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) works to promote, increase, and expand market access for U.S. soybeans for human consumption, aquaculture, and animal feed in more than 80 countries. USSEC members represent diverse components of the U.S. soybean supply chain, including U.S. soybean farmers, processors, commodity shippers, traders, agricultural-related businesses, and agricultural organizations. USSEC is funded by U.S. soybean support funds, U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) matching programs, and industry.

MANAGEMENT

•4 members from the United Soybean Board (USB)
•7 members represent trade, related industries, and state organizations.
FINANCE
USSEC receives funding from the following sources:
•Supporting investments made by U.S. soybean producers through USB and various state soybean councils,
•Funding provided by industry collaborations,
•Matching investments provided by the American Soybean Association (ASA) through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA FAS).
