USSEC IAFFD Seminar & Workshop

The IAFFD Seminar & Workshop, organized in collaboration with the US Soybean Export Council (USSEC) and Wittaya Aqua, will take place on May 3-4, 2025 at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat, Oman.
The seminar will cover current developments in aquaculture nutrition and feed formulation. University of Guelph Professor Dr. Dominique P. Bureau and Wittaya Aqua Feed Formulation Specialist Dr. Flavia Damasceno will present presentations on topics such as nutrient optimization, evaluation of feed ingredients and alternative protein sources.
The two-day event will cover current challenges in aquaculture nutrition, use of feed formulation tools, new developments in protein and amino acid nutrition, and evaluation of feed ingredients in quality control laboratories.
This event offers an important opportunity for aquaculture feed producers, nutritionists, academics and industry professionals. Participants will be able to learn about the latest feeding techniques, make their production processes more efficient and closely follow innovations in the industry by interacting directly with international experts. In addition, they will have the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice thanks to the practical sections of the workshop.
At the end of the event, all participants will be given certificates of participation.
